This oil is produced by adding whole, fresh, naturally grown mandarins to the oil press. Naturally, the fruit is sourced exclusively from De Carlo estates.
It is ideal on summer salads, fresh and smoked salmon, steamed vegetables and white meats and for preparing pastries, cakes and biscuits.
Ingredients: 80% extra virgin olive oil, 20% mandarins. Filtered.
