Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay, dry, hand-picked
Soil: Limestone, humus
Ageing: 1st fermentation in 30hl wood, 8 months on the fine lees
Fine notes of pineapple, melon, passion fruit, with beautiful hints of herbs, fresh and full-bodied, round and long finish, creamy and elegant
Goes well with: Spaghetti vongole, grilled salmon
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
