Intense ruby red colour, with dark violet reflections.
Fruity notes of cherries, plums, blackberries, blackcurrants, combined with spicy notes of pepper, juniper and herbs. Full-bodied, good structure & balance, pleasant, harmonious with soft and round tannins
Goes well with: Lamb chops, rump steak or entrecote
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
