Barbaresco the way we like it: Full-bodied, dry on the palate, harmonious overall picture with present tannins. A wine made only with indigenous yeasts.
Three quarters of the vineyard is surrounded by the Mazzalupo forest under the Treiso rock and is located in an environment with good biodiversity. As proof of the presence of the vineyard in this area, the "Nervo" parcel appears on municipal maps dating back to 1906. The hill was "protected" in even older times by anthropomorphic stones depicting human faces, found in some examples between the rows.
