Aceto Balsamico has been produced at Cavedoni for seven generations: pure natural products, unadorned, unadorned and without any additives.

This balsamic vinegar matures for 5 years in wooden barrels and is therefore still very liquid in consistency, which makes it ideal for use in salad dressings. It has a beautifully intense flavour, typically slightly acidic, both on the nose and on the palate.
