The Assuli winery is located in the west of Sicily. Thanks to five different vineyards with such illustrious names as Bosco Scorace or Fontanabianca, the grape varieties can grow in soils and climates that are perfectly suited to them. The Caruso family cultivates the 120 hectares of land organically and has dedicated itself above all to indigenous grape varieties. We particularly like the Insolia here: with its delicate flavour of orange blossom, it transports you straight to the south!
