Grape variety: 100% Zweigelt, dry, hand-picked

Soil / terroir: "Heideboden" sandy-calcareous gravel and black earth soils with a special microclimate

Ageing: 2 years in large wood (500 litres)

Grapes are halved before ripening, resulting in concentration of flavours and optimum ripeness, 3 - 4 weeks maceration in large wood, complex cherry and tobacco notes, fine tannins

Only 550 bottles produced

Alcohol: 13%

Contents: 750ml

Note: the beautiful red capsule is made of natural beeswax and protects the natural cork. Either score underneath the bottle collar with a knife and lift it off or briefly heat the wax in your hand and then simply peel it off
