Origin: Italy, Veneto, various vineyards in the Mezzane Valley, 400 metres above sea level

Winemaker: San Cassiano

Grape variety: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella

Soil: Limestone, white marble

Ageing: The best grapes are dried for 40 days, 36 months ageing in barriques + ageing in the bottle

Very balanced, fine tannin, intense red fruit, vanilla, chocolate, spices

Goes well with strong stews

Alcohol content: 16% vol.

Contents: 750ml
