Origin: Italy, Veneto, various vineyards in the Mezzane Valley
Winemaker: San Cassiano
Grape variety: 70% Corvina & Corvinone, Molinara, Rondinella
Soil: Limestone, white marble
Vinification: The grapes are harvested at the beginning of October so that they are already slightly dry, fermentation without the addition of yeasts in stainless steel tanks, maturation for 12 months: 90% stainless steel, 10% barrique
Lots of red fruit, cherry, blackcurrant, spicy notes, medium-bodied with soft tannins, elegant, fine finish
