What began in 1939 as a small village bakery in Laatsch is now a family business in its fourth generation.
The dough is traditionally shaken by hand. The result is a flat, crispy flatbread that goes wonderfully with South Tyrolean snacks with speck, mountain cheese and wine.
Ingredients: Rye flour, wheat flour, salt, yeast, fennel seeds, bread clover.
