Grape varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, dry, hand-picked

Soil: Sand, gravel soil

Ageing: 6 months on fine lees

Very elegant, harmonious representative, lots of elderflower, stinging nettle, some fig, juicy flavour, also very elegant on the finish

Wonderful with lobster, asparagus and seafood

*Fun fact: The name "raif" actually comes from a typo, as the Sauvignon Blanc grapes ripen earlier, so the new name was also adopted.
