Soil: 80% limestone, 20% porphyry gravel

Ageing: 1st fermentation in small & large wood, 8 months on the fine lees

Beautiful Sauvignon aromas, elderberry, blackcurrant, nettle, gooseberry, citrus fruit, flintstone minerality, like a "Sancerre"

Goes well with: South Tyrolean spinach dumplings, pasta é pesto genovese, sea bass with lemongrass

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.

Content: 750ml
