Gin from Tuscany? Sounds unusual at first, but it is perfectly suited to the cultivation of the best and most intense juniper, supplemented by coriander, iris, fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, sage and lemon verbena. All partly from our own cultivation and partly from friends.
In the glass, Sabatini gin is dry, fresh, warm, spicy and exudes a wonderfully pleasant, Mediterranean fragrance.
An excellent partner for a dry martini: 4 parts Sabatini gin and 1 part dry vermouth
