Soil / terroir: "Heideboden" Sandy, calcareous gravel and black earth soil with a special microclimate

Late harvest, reduced yield, hand-picked, no pressing, 12h maceration, fermentation in barrique, 9 mo. full lees ageing with bâtonnage, coarsely filtered to preserve the aromas, dark forest fruits, light tannins, with grilled fish

Note: the beautiful pink capsule is made of natural beeswax and protects the natural cork. Either score below the bottle collar with a knife and lift it off or briefly heat the wax in your hand and then simply peel it off
