Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Gris, dry

Soil: Clay, sand and gravel soils, rich in dolomite

Vinification: 80% fermentation in stainless steel tanks & 20% in used French oak barrels. Barrique, no acid reduction, then matured for 9 months on the fine lees in large oak barrels

The combination of the naturally reduced harvest quantity (50hl) in the high top vineyard "Penon" results in a Pinot Gris with great elegance, good structure, full body and fresh acidity. It is mineral and complex on the palate, with notes of yellow peach, pear and honeydew melon.
