Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Kurtatsch (400-600 metres above sea level) & Magreid (210 metres above sea level)

Winemaker: Tiefenbrunner Schlosskellerei Turmhof

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Blanc dry

Soil: Limestone gravel, sand

Maturation: 10 mo. Maturation: 50% in large wooden barrels with regular batonnage + 25% on the fine lees in concrete tanks or with malolactic fermentation on the first lees in tonneau barrels. After a further 2 months of maturation of the assemblage in concrete vats, the wine is bottled and matured for five months.

Wonderfully elegant, intensely floral & fruity, ripe apples, peach, apricot, balanced, powerful, fine, velvety, long-lasting finish

Delicious with guinea fowl breast with saffron polenta
