Origin: Italy, Piedmont, Asti: Castelnuovo Belbo - Asti
Winemaker: Cossetti
Grape varieties: 70% Barbera, 30% Freisa
Soil: Clay, marl and sand; south-west facing - perfect for Barbera
Vinification: Destemming of the grapes, gentle pressing, skin contact for a few hours, maturation in stainless steel tanks
Rosé with violet reflections, fresh fruity aroma with light flavours of raspberries and cherries
Beautiful easy-to-drink rosé with violet reflections, fresh red fruit on the nose, notes of strawberries and raspberries, amarena cherries, balanced fruity-dry flavour on the palate with good structure.
Ideal with cold antipasti and fish starters
