The low-carbohydrate olives have a high fibre content of monounsaturated oleic acid. These special properties make them ideal as an appetiser or in traditional recipes. Preserved in the jar and flavoured with aromatic oil, the black olives ripen on the "cultivar" of the Nocellara tree of Etna, a rustic tree of our volcanic zone that has a uniform and consistent pulp.
Ingredients: 75% black olives, sunflower oil, pepper, oregano, vinegar, salt.
