Multi-award-winning and prize-winning at major Italian and international oil competitions. The Veneto Valpolicella DOP is Frantoio Bonamini's top product. The Grignano and Favarol varieties are harvested in very limited quantities at the end of October and produce this elegant olive oil. Rather milder in flavour, the herbal aromas of lettuce, celery, basil and mint come to the fore.
