Ageing: Maceration on the skins for 6 months in a terracotta amphora, bottle ageing for 3-4 months

Mesum is a wine with an ancient flavour, a tribute to the tradition of this land and the work of its farmers. Respectful of nature and in keeping with the tradition told by the fresco, no cement, plastic or iron wire was used in the vineyard, only local chestnut sticks and natural materials: the realisation of a philosophy.

A mildly sweet wine with notes of yellow fruit, flowers, camomile and acacia honey, soft and complex on the palate with a good melting texture

Residual sugar: 3.60 g/l
