Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbina), hand-picked, dry, 25 - 40 year old vines

Soil: Calcareous clay

Vinification: Selection of the grapes. Gentle pressing of the undamaged berries with a maximum juice yield of 60%, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks, maturation for 5 months.
