Due to its thick and hard skin and high acidity, the Durella grape is ideal for sparkling wine production. The DOC "Lessini Durello" has existed since 1987.
Medium-bodied, good structure and balance of acidity and minerality, with a fine, persistent perlage, complex flavours of white wild flowers and peach, with a hint of toasted bread.
