A particularly high-quality gin from a small, ultra-modern distillery in Munich Pasing. Consisting of 17 hand-picked botanicals, exclusively from natural cultivation, it is produced sustainably and unfiltered without added sugar and without the use of protein (vegan) on a maize base.
The flavour is a floral explosion, with fresh lime, blueberries and aronia berries in addition to the most important ingredient, juniper. Rounded off with spicy coriander and gentle lavender, the finish is very round and mild. This mildness results from the gentle, multiple and slow distillation.
