Vinification: 36 hours of skin maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation for 6 months on the fine lees with battonage, further maturation for 24 months

Late harvest, therefore more complex, ripe apples, pears, grapes, mineral, citrus, beautifully dry, harmonious fullness, elegant acidity

Perfect with Baccala alla Triestina (stockfish)
