The ReModena raspberry dressing is the result of a marvellous encounter between balsamic vinegar matured in oak barrels and raspberry juice. A captivatingly sweet and very pleasant aroma of raspberry on the nose. On the palate, a round flavour with that slight acidity that gives lightness.
Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must, wine vinegar, sulphites), 10% raspberry vinegar, flavouring.
