Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Magreid (210 metres above sea level) & Kurtatsch (450 metres above sea level)

Winemaker: Tiefenbrunner Schlosskellerei Turmhof

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay dry

Soil: Limestone gravel, sand

Maturation: 10 mo. Maturation: 50% in large wooden barrels with regular batonnage + 25% on the fine lees in concrete tanks or with malolactic fermentation on the first lees in tonneau barrels. After a further 2 months of ageing in concrete vats, the wine is bottled and matured for five months.

Strong character with great structure, balanced flavours floral, exotic, pineapple, banana, salty powerful elegance due to oak maturation

Goes well with poularde with mushroom stuffing

Residual sweetness: 0.8 g/litre
