Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Margreid (Baron Salvadori estate), 220 - 350 metres above sea level
Winemaker: Nals Margreid
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay, dry, hand-picked
Vinification: whole bunch pressing, cooling for 30 hours, fermentation in small oak barrels, BSA, 12 months maturation on the fine lees + 24 months in the bottle
Fruity-floral aroma, ripe apricots and pineapple on the nose, strong structure, yet fresh and elegant, powerful, long-lasting
Goes well with: Sea bass in a cream sauce
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
