Chardonnay "Arvum" Alto Adige DOC
Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Neumarkt and Auer, 300 metres above sea level
Winemaker: Pfitscher Winery
Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay, dry
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in steel and barrique barrels at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Maturation in wooden and steel barrels on the fine lees.
Crisp, dry, medium-bodied with moderate alcohol, elegant drinking flow with harmonious notes of exotic fruit, ripe yellow apple and pear flavours
Goes well with: Solo as an aperitif and with light cuisine
Awards: 2 glasses in the Gambero Rosso
