Cantuccio with almonds are typical biscuits of the Tuscan tradition. Crumbly dough with crunchy almonds and a unique flavour. Perfect for any time of day, slightly crunchy and even better to add a touch of good butter. Best enjoyed with a Vin Santo (Tuscan sweet wine).

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 550, sugar, almonds 20%, eggs, butter (milk), egg yolk, honey, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, wheat starch, ammonium bicarbonate), sea salt, natural flavouring, orange essential oil. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, soya and sesame.
