Origin: Italy, Tuscany, Maremma, 70 - 130 metres above sea level
Grape variety: 50% Sangiovese, 50% Syrah | Hand-picked in early September
Soil: Sandstone
Vinification: Maceration of the skins for 1-2 hours, maturation for 3 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks
Short skin maceration produces a multi-layered rosé with notes of raspberry, cherry, rosé and pepper. Harmonious and fresh on the palate, soft with a pleasant minerality.
