"Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
Origin: Italy, Veneto, various vineyards on Monte Guala
Soil: Limestone, white marble
Winemaker: San Cassiano
Grape variety: 70% Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella
Vinification: The best grapes are dried for 120 days, fermented for 30 days with the addition of yeasts, matured for 48 months in new wooden barrels
Notes of red fruit, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. It is very full-bodied, round, defined and velvety.
Excellent with stews
