Origin: Italy, South Tyrol, Kurtatsch, Penon 550 - 650 metres above sea level

Soil: Sand & gravel soils, rich in dolomite

Winemaker: Winery Kurtatsch

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay, dry

Vinification: Gentle pressing (55% yield), fermentation 80% in stainless steel, 20% in used barriques with subsequent fine lees ageing and batonnage, second fermentation in the bottle for 55 months

This unique vineyard produces a top sparkling wine from hand-picked grapes from old vines, fruity notes of white peach, tropical fruit, some quince, spiced bread and brioche, creamy mouthfeel, with a firm body and a certain minerality

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Total acidity 7.9 g/l

Residual sugar 5.5 g/l

Contents: 750ml
