Back in 1987, a trip to France took me through almost all the wine regions and to many Michelin-starred restaurants. Since then, fine wines and food have become my elixir of life, my hobby and often also my profession. Whether as a buyer at Feinkost Käfer or assistant to the management in a wine import company, whether as a cookery book reviewer or a passionate amateur chef - nothing inspires me more than good cuisine and the fine wines that go with it.
Lennart Brokmeier
From an early age, I was taught the values of good food and drink, and our family holidays always took us to wine-growing regions: Tuscany, Wachau or Napa Valley. While cellar tours used to be boring, today I can't imagine anything better! After training as a wholesale merchant and working in sales, as well as studying at WSET, I have now really arrived.

Sabine (Bine) Wandinger
Bine has been the good soul of the company for over 30 years. She knows our customers like the back of her hand, packs the most beautiful hampers and is always on hand with help and advice. Delicatessen is her passion: whether you have questions about olive oil and vinegar, South Tyrolean sausages or pasta - Bine is happy to give you expert advice.
Otmar Erich
Otmar is our absolute Italy specialist. His knowledge of grape varieties, winegrowers and growing regions is hard to beat. He has been advising the Vinothek for over 20 years.
