Ageing: 1st fermentation in 30 hl wood, matured for 8 months on the fine lees
Distinct flavours of yellow fruit, apricot, lychee, almond, incredibly round and soft, juicy, with marzipan on the finish
Goes well with: Levantine, Greek starters & porcini mushroom pasta
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
