Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature controlled, long maceration in contact with the skins. Maturation for 24 months in barriques

Dry, full-bodied, good structure, pleasant acidity, soft tannins, beautiful mix of red fruit, black pepper, nutmeg and cedar wood

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.

Acidity: 3.70 g/l

Residual sugar: 4.60 g/l

Contents: 750ml
