Grape variety: 70% Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella
Soil: Limestone, white marble
Vinification: Very slow drying of the grapes, fermentation takes place at low temperatures, 24 months maturation in barriques
Ethereal freshness on the nose, strong fruity flavours of cherry, chocolate, honey, vanilla, long finish
Goes well with lamb and braised dishes
Alcohol content: 16% vol.
