Balduccio
The Balduccio olive estate is located in Lamporecchio, on the Tuscan Montalbano hill (between Lucca and Florence). There are around 9000 olive trees spread over 30 hectares and 16 olive groves. The olive varieties cultivated are 70% Moraiolo, 20% Frantoio and 10% others (Leccino, Pendolino, etc.). Balduccio has been processing olives in its own oil mill since 1979 and was certified as an organic company in 2001.
